Today he brings that same hands-on, self-driven approach to every EspoCRM and Salesforce deployment, API integration, and automated workflow that keeps TechBridge running. Based in Cali, Colombia.

With 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting, HR, and client relations, Victor has led hundreds of candidate interviews and talent analyses for U.S.-based organizations across industries. As Executive Coordinator, Luz serves as the operational, financial, and administrative backbone of the day-to-day business. She manages essential workflows including client and employee onboarding, contract administration, and invoicing, ensuring structure and precision across the team. She also collaborates closely with the marketing team on content creation and brand initiatives, bringing seamless execution to both internal operations and external projects.
